DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WOODEN MEETING TABLE PRODUCTION:

Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of the natural wood material and the ambient light conditions. Our solid wood meeting table product is made entirely of raw wood with hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 1st class kiln-dried fir wood originating from Ilgaz Mountain, combined from 5cm x 10cm trees. The product table thickness is net 3.5-4 cm. The table top edges are thickened with 10 cm trees. Wooden meeting table profile metal legs are made of 60mm * 40mm metal profile. The solid trees used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the wood and metal parts in contact with the ground on the solid meeting table. The metal parts of the solid meeting table are finished with industrial white paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the meeting table. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are made of 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens and the solid wood parts are purified from their soft tissues, ensuring that the product surface takes on a veined shape. In this way, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the table top are impregnated to prevent future cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar causes, and for this reason, no polishing process is applied to the lower parts of the table to allow the wood to breathe.

Meeting table legs are sent between 70cm and 140cm as fixed-mounted at the top. Table legs are assembled between 150cm-400cm and optionally leaving a distance of 10cm-30cm.

Our wooden meeting table product is sent in 2 pieces as a wooden table and an iron leg. You can easily assemble our products with the help of a cordless screwdriver. You can get video support from our Whatsapp line during assembly. In order to prevent damage in cargo, you can remove and throw away the raw wooden wedges attached to the bottom with the help of a cordless screwdriver. Our products are sent to you disassembled to prevent damage in cargo.
