Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can return the product you purchased without opening/destroying//damaging the packaging and without using the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery in the same condition you received it. Return the product with a petition or return form that also includes the product invoice and your order number.
Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in the presence of an authorized person from the company you received the delivery from. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up by the cargo company and do not accept the product. After the product is received, please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged etc. are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
In the event that the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card will be made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or similar situations are detected on the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.
For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted.
In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for returned products will be paid by the customer.
