DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WOODEN MEETING TABLE PRODUCTION:

Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of natural wood material and ambient light conditions. Our solid wood meeting table product is manufactured entirely from raw wood by hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 1st class kiln-dried fir tree originating from Ilgaz Mountain, combined from 5cm x 10cm trees. The product table thickness is net 3.5-4 cm. The table table edges are thickened with 10 cm trees. The metal legs of the wooden meeting table are manufactured from 100mm * 5mm sheet iron with cold bending method. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. For the wood and metal parts in contact with the ground on the solid meeting table, plastic stopper or felt is sent. The metal parts of the solid meeting table are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the meeting table. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are made of 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the table top are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur in the future, and for this reason, the lower parts of the table are not polished to allow the wood to breathe.

Meeting table legs are sent as fixed-mounted at the beginning between 70cm and 140cm. Table legs can be assembled between 150cm and 400cm, optionally leaving a distance between 10cm and 30cm. is made.

You can get video support from our whatsapp line during assembly. In order to prevent damage in cargo, you can remove and throw away the raw wooden wedges attached to the bottom with the help of a charged screwdriver.
