DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTION OF WOODEN OFFICE SET:

Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of natural wood material and ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is manufactured entirely from raw wood with hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 5cm x 10cm trees and are made of 1st class kiln-dried fir tree originating from Ilgaz Mountain. The thickness of the product table, coffee table and caisson top is net 3.5-4 cm. Office table profile metal legs are manufactured from 40mm * 80mm iron profile.   Coffee table metal leg is cold bent from 50mm-5mm metal sheet. Caisson legs are wheels and the drawers have a telescopic rail system. Wooden office desk length dimensions are net external external dimensions including leg profiles. A 31cm high 25mm-25mm metal angle framed decorative metal grille front panel is placed between the 2 legs on the front of the office desk. The solid trees used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the wood and metal parts that come into contact with the ground on the product. The metal parts of the product are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte polish are applied to the product wood surfaces. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are manufactured from 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The bottoms of tables and coffee tables are impregnated to prevent future cracking, mold, worms, bacterial growth and similar causes, and for this reason, the bottoms of tables and coffee tables are not varnished to allow the wood to breathe.

 

RAWEYN WOOD ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION:

Our wooden office set product is shipped in 6 pieces. You can easily install our products with a cordless screwdriver. You can get video support from our WhatsApp line during assembly. In order to prevent damage in cargo, you can remove and throw away the raw wooden wedges attached to the bottom with a cordless screwdriver. Our products are shipped to you disassembled to prevent damage in cargo.
