Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of the natural wood material and the ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is manufactured entirely from raw wood by hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 5cm x 10cm trees combined from 1st class kiln-dried fir wood originating from Ilgaz Mountain. Product wooden table, wooden coffee table and wooden caisson top table thickness is   net 3.5-4 cm. Office table profile metal legs are manufactured from 40mm * 80mm iron profile.   Coffee table metal leg is cold bent from 50mm-5mm sheet metal. Caisson legs are wheels and drawers have a telescopic rail system. Wooden office desk length dimension is the net external measurement including leg profiles    . A 31cm high 25mm-25mm   metal angle framed decorative metal grill front panel is placed between the 2 legs at the front of the office desk. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the wood and metal parts that come into contact with the ground on the product. The metal parts of the product are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the product. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are manufactured from 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens, the solid wood parts are purified from their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The bottoms of the table and coffee table are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar causes that may occur in the future, and for this reason, no polishing process is applied to the bottoms of the table and coffee table to allow the wood to breathe.

 

RAWEYN WOOD ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION:

Our wooden office set product is sent disassembled. You can easily install our products with the help of a cordless screwdriver. You can get video support from our Whatsapp line during assembly. In order to prevent damage during cargo, you can remove and throw away the raw wooden wedges attached to the bottom with the help of a cordless screwdriver. Our products are sent to you disassembled to prevent damage during cargo.
