Our solid wooden TV unit product is manufactured entirely from raw wood by hand workmanship.   Unit legs are manufactured from 100mm * 5mm flat iron by cold bending.   The bottom gap of the TV Unit is 10cm from the floor – the intermediate gap under the upper table is 14cm. 1st Class telescopic rails are used in the drawer. Our TV Unit product is manufactured as 4 drawers over 240cm. The wood material thickness of the solid TV unit product is net 3.5-4 cm. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the metal parts that are in contact with the ground on the solid TV unit. The metal parts of the solid wood TV unit are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wood surfaces of the product. The solid parts of the product are burned in ovens at 400 degrees, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is provided with a veined shape. In this way, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the wooden table of the TV Unit are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons in the future, and for this reason, a polishing process is not applied to the lower parts of the console so that the wood can breathe.
