Our solid wood TV unit product is manufactured entirely from raw wood by hand workmanship.  

Unit legs are manufactured from 100mm * 5mm flat iron by cold bending.  

The bottom clearance of the TV unit is 10cm from the floor – the intermediate gap under the top table is 14cm.

1st Class telescopic rails are used in the drawer.

Our TV Unit product is manufactured as 2 drawers in 120cm - 130cm dimensions and 3 drawers in 140cm-160cm dimensions.

The solid TV unit wood material thickness is net 3.5-4 cm.

The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional kilns in accordance with EU Standards, and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future.

A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the metal parts that are in contact with the ground on the solid TV unit.

Solid wooden TV stand metal parts are finished with industrial white paint.

Water-based wood stain and 3 coats of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the product.  

The solid parts of the product are burned in 400 degree ovens and the solid wood parts are purified from their soft tissues, ensuring that the product surface takes on a veined shape. In this way, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material.  

The lower parts of the wooden table of the TV unit are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial growth and similar causes in the future, and for this reason, a polishing process is not applied to the lower parts of the console to allow the wood to breathe.
