Solid console wood material thickness is net 3.5-4 cm. There are 2 doors with console metal rail system and 3 drawers in the middle. There is 1 shelf and 2 compartments in the Wooden Cabinet. The back of the Wooden Console is closed with a 3mm back.   Drawer handles are manufactured from 12 mm flat iron on 30mm * 5mm molding with cold bending method by hand workmanship. 1st class telescopic rails are used in wooden console drawers. Solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. Plastic stoppers or felt are sent with the product for metal parts that are in contact with the ground on the solid console. Solid wood console metal parts are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the product wooden surfaces.   The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens, the solid wood parts are purified from their soft tissues and the product surface is provided with a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material.   The lower parts of the cabinet wooden table are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur in the future, and for this reason, the lower parts of the console are not varnished so that the wood can breathe.
