DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WOODEN NEST TABLE PRODUCTION:

Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of the natural wood material and the ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is manufactured entirely from raw wood by hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 4cm x 10cm trees combined from 1st class kiln-dried fir tree originating from Ilgaz Mountain. The product table thickness is net 3-3.5 cm. Nesting metal legs are manufactured from 20mm*20mm sheet iron with cold bending method. The solid trees used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. Plastic stoppers or felts are sent with the product for the wood and metal parts that come into contact with the ground. The metal parts of the product are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte polish are applied to the product wood surfaces. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are manufactured from 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is provided with a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the coffee table are impregnated to prevent future cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar causes, and for this reason, a varnish is not applied to the lower parts of the coffee table to allow the wood to breathe.
