WOODEN STUDY ROOM  CAISON DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTION:

Our solid wooden drawer caisson product is manufactured entirely from raw wood by hand workmanship.   The wooden parts of the product are made of 5cmx10cm trees combined from Ilgaz Mountain origin 1st class kiln-dried fir wood. The wooden material thickness of the solid office drawer caisson top table is net 3.5-4 cm.   The solid trees used in our products are dried in conventional kilns in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against all kinds of deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. The foot part under the solid office drawer caisson is on wheels. The metal parts of the solid wooden study room caisson are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the product.   The wooden parts of the products are dried in 400-degree ovens, the soft texture of the tree is cleaned and the surface is given a veined shape. In this way, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting material. The lower parts of the products are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur over time, and for this reason, varnish is not applied to the lower parts of the bookcase so that the wood can breathe. The sides and bottom parts of the product and the insides of the drawers are manufactured from 18mm panel. The drawers have a 1st Class telescopic rail system. Drawer handles are manufactured from 12mm flat iron on 30mm * 5mm sills by cold bending with our own hand workmanship.   The back part of the drawer caisson is closed with a 3mm backing.
