DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WOODEN MAKEUP TABLE PRODUCTION:

 

Make-up Table Size: 40cm * h76cm * (80cm-140cm) The most optional product color tone may vary depending on the structure of the natural wood material and the ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is made entirely of raw wood by hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the Make-up Table are made of 5cm x 10cm trees combined from 1st class kiln-dried fir wood originating from Ilgaz Mountain. Makeup Table natural wood material  thickness is net 3.5-4 cm. Makeup table profile metal legs are made of 40mmx40mm profile. The profile is crossed from 12mm flat iron into the frame.
There is 1 drawer at the top left of the makeup table. 1st Class telescopic rails are used in the drawer. The solid trees used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the wood and metal parts in contact with the ground on the Makeup Table. The metal parts of the Makeup Table are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte polish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the Makeup Table. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are made of 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400-degree ovens, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The natural wood parts of the product are impregnated to prevent future cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar causes.
