DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WOODEN OFFICE DESK PRODUCTION:

Office L table color tone may vary depending on the structure of the natural wood material and the ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is manufactured entirely from raw wood with hand workmanship. Office L table wooden parts are made of 5cm x 10cm trees and made of 1st class kiln-dried fir tree originating from Ilgaz Mountain. Product table thickness is net 3.5-4 cm. Office table profile metal legs are manufactured from 40mm * 80mm iron profile.   Wooden office module table length dimension is the net external external measurement including leg profiles. A 31cm high 25mm-25mm  metal angle framed decorative metal grill front panel is placed between the 2 legs at the front of the office table. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. Plastic stoppers or felts are sent with the product for the wood and metal parts that come into contact with the ground on the modular office table. The metal parts of the modular office table are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the product wood surfaces. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are manufactured from 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in ovens at 400 degrees, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the wooden office table top are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur in the future, and for this reason, no polishing process is applied to the lower parts of the table so that the wood can breathe. The L office desk comes with 3 legs. The side module of the desk should be connected with a connection apparatus made of 100x5 mm metal.
