DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WOODEN BOOKSHELF PRODUCTION:

Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of natural wood material and ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is manufactured entirely from raw wood with hand workmanship.  Bookcase wooden shelf depth is 28cm. Metal iron depth is 31cm from outside to outside. Product wooden parts are made of 5cm x10cm trees combined from Ilgaz Mountain origin first class kiln-dried fir tree. Product wooden table thickness is net 3.5-4 cm.

·       The first shelf is 40cm high from the floor, the shelf spacing is 37cm, and the top gap is 15cm.

·       In the solid bookcase, the back module is sent with 3 square wires according to the purchased size.

      The bookcase consists of 4 wooden shelves and 3 partitions.

Bookcase metal legs are manufactured from 100mm * 5mm iron sheet cold bending. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional kilns in accordance with EU Standards, and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. For the wood and metal parts that are in contact with the ground on the product, a plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product. The metal parts of the product are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the product. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are manufactured from 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400 degree ovens, the solid wood parts are purified from their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the product table are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur in the future, and for this reason, a polishing process is not applied to the lower parts of the table so that the wood can breathe.

Our wooden bookcase product is shipped in 4 pieces. You can easily install our products with the help of a cordless screwdriver. You can get video support from our WhatsApp line during assembly. In order to prevent damage in cargo, you can remove and throw away the raw wooden wedges attached to the bottom with the help of a cordless screwdriver. Our products are shipped to you disassembled to prevent damage in cargo.
