Sofa Size: 200cm * 60cm * 73cm (Seating Height 45cm) (Price is without upholstery) Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of the natural wood material and ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is made entirely of raw wood by hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 5cm x 10cm trees, 1st class kiln-dried fir trees originating from Ilgaz Mountain. The thickness of the natural wood material is net 3.5-4 cm. The metal legs of the product are manufactured from 100mm-5mm metal sheet as cold bending. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards. and provides high-level protection against all kinds of deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. A plastic stopper or felt is sent with the product for the wood and metal parts that are in contact with the ground. The metal parts of the product are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte polish are applied to the wooden surfaces of the product. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are manufactured from 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in 400 degree ovens, the solid wood parts are purified from their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The natural wood parts of the product are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur in the future.
