Product color tone may vary depending on the structure of natural wood material and ambient light conditions. Our solid wood product is manufactured entirely from raw wood with hand workmanship. The wooden parts of the product are made of 5cm x 10cm trees combined from Ilgaz Mountain origin 1st class kiln-dried fir wood. Product table thickness is net 3.5-4 cm. Table table edges are thickened with 10 cm trees. Table profile metal legs are manufactured from 40mm * 60mm iron profile. The solid woods used in our products are dried in conventional ovens in accordance with EU Standards and provide high-level protection against any deformation that may occur in the wood in the future. Plastic stoppers or felts are sent with the product for the wood and metal parts that come into contact with the ground. The metal parts of the product are finished with industrial matte black paint. Water-based wood colorant and 3 layers of water-based matte varnish are applied to the product wood surfaces. Raweyn Wood Solid Furniture designs are made of 100% natural wood. The solid parts of the product are burned in ovens at 400 degrees, the solid wood parts are cleaned of their soft tissues and the product surface is given a veined shape. Thus, it becomes a much more durable and long-lasting solid material. The lower parts of the table top are impregnated to prevent cracking, mold, worms, bacterial formation and similar reasons that may occur in the future, and for this reason, the polishing process is not applied to the lower parts of the table so that the wood can breathe.

Table legs between 70cm and 140cm are sent as fixed-mounted to the beginning. Table legs are assembled between 150cm-300cm and optionally leaving a distance of 10cm-30cm. Our wooden table product is sent in 2 parts as a wooden table and iron leg. You can easily install our products with the help of a cordless screwdriver. You can get visual support from our WhatsApp line during assembly. In order to prevent damage in cargo, you can remove and throw away the raw wooden wedges attached to the bottom with the help of a cordless screwdriver. Our products are sent to you disassembled to prevent damage in cargo.
